all sales are strictly final.

vintage items are pre-loved and often decades old, meaning minor signs of wear are to be expected and are part of the garment’s history. any significant flaws will be noted in the item description. please review item descriptions, images, measurements, and condition notes thoroughly before purchasing. we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

shipping:

we ship all packages from the united states.
we offer free pick up in san francisco, ca.
email or DM to arrange prior to checking out.

buyers are responsible for all applicable customs fees, import duties, and taxes. packages shipped outside the united states may incur additional charges upon arrival. please check your local postal service or customs website for specific details, as these import costs are determined by your country and are not included in our pricing.

all orders ship with tracking. please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged by the carrier. in the event of a delivery issue, the customer is responsible for submitting claims directly with the shipping provider.

    while most sourcing services rely on the same highly saturated, public global markets, we tap into an exclusive, highly inaccessible private network. we specialize in both tracking down rare, highly coveted designer grails as well as curating everyday pieces that fit a certain vibe, theme or event.

    -your sourcing request (designer name, collection year, mood board, inspo pics, etc)
    -timeline and budget
